Hair should be clean and damp. Remove excess moisture from hair. Divide hair in sections, spraying Essence directly on to the root and scalp area. Comb through the hair, dry and style as usual. For progressive improvement, use as part of the AMELIORATE haircare routine and in between treatments.
WARNINGS: If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into eyes, rinse well with warm water immediately.

Not for me
Sorry this isn’t for me, my hair is on the fine side Smells nice, easy to use but I couldn’t get the brush through my hair to style it made my hair really dryÂ
Shinier hair
Since I've been using this my dry hair has been a bit more hydrated and shiny on the top half. It hasn't fully fixed the problem - the ends are still ratty but it definitely helps improve the situation. It hasn't done much for the itching - the serum is better for that, but this has definitely help the appearance. The spray is a bit faffy to apply when it runs low in the pot, but otherwise it's easy to use.
