Not for me
2I bought it as I'm suffering with KP. The smell of lotion is bad and it doesn't absorb at all so the skin is really sticky all the time. It made my KP worst, it became really red.. The only thing is that it actually makes skin more soft. Definitely won't be purchasing again.

No improvement and horrible smelling lotion
1I haven't noticed any improvement to my skin after a week and it's difficult to ignore the smell of this lotion, it smells very strong and vile - similar to urine (maybe due to the ammonium lactate), it makes my clothes and bedroom stink. For this reason I won't be buying it again unfortunately.

Amazing!
5I tried this cream recently on the backs of my arms where my skin is a little bumpy, nothing too dramatic it very dry skin and I am also eczema prone! Within a week of use I noticed that my skin had transformed! My skin was moisturised and smooth for the first time in ages. Nearly finished my first bottle and have just ordered my next one so I don't go without.ÂÂ

Beautiful soft sweet smelling skin
5I have always had extremely dry skin on my shins cracked from ankles to knees. I have tried everything even prescription medication from the Doctor. This body lotion is amazing within a week I had baby soft skin. Thank you.ÂÂ

disappointing!
1purchased this with high expectations as good reviews!unfortunatley after applying to my dry sensative skini found the product heavily fragranced which caused me to come out in a red rash over night.surely this product would be better if poss to have no perfume like E45 when designed to treat dry sensitive skin? expensive waste of money for me!

Unreal!
5My hands and arms were like sandpaper; just horrible  The Transforming lotion cleared up my dryness in 2 days!  No kidding, 4 applications in 2 days and I am a new, moisturized woman. Don’t hesitate. I’m buying serveral of the giant size bottles. You can thank me later (LOL!).ÂÂ

Actually works
5I have used many different products to help my skin, I have keratosis pilaris which is also known as chicken skin, and makes the red dots and scaly feel to my skin, most other moisturisers aimed to treat my skin didn't help much at all, and it was frustrating, but I took a chance on this product as a last chance and I have been using it for months now and my skin has transformed, it takes a full month to know if something us working, so if you get this product use it for at LEAST a month before seeing if it works, this product gave me better skin within the first few uses and just kept getting better until now, my skin is super smooth, and the red dots are noticeably smaller and not as angry looking, but are still there, nothing will truly get rid of them but this product has worked the best by far.The scrub and body wash that you can get as a bundle with this also works, but they are not needed to get the same results, they can just help if the skin is really stubborn and to target dry patches. It's an investment, but I can do my legs and arms fully with four pumps so the product lasts me at least 4 months using it everyday, you have to start with twice a day and then move to once a day after 8 weeks, do as it says because it does work, it's the best I have used and I have used a lot of products both cheap and expensive. I am glad I finally found this and took the risk.

Great product let down slightly by customer services
4This product is absolutely fantastic!  It works, super smooth skin and by far the best body lotion I have ever used.  However, I got somewhat frustrated by the customer service support when my product arrived incomplete - the pump was missing from the 500ml bottle.  It took several days and multiple messages to get it sorted and I had to repeat myself many times to different people dealing with the case.  They resolved it satisfactorily in the end though and I was happy with the outcome.
